We’re all Mac, etc., per Jason’s dollars and cents comments, but his workaholics suggestion is a terrible idea. David @ 37 Signals has it right. If you work to hire great people, driving them into the ground is self-defeating. So is locking them in a room until the fluorescent lights make them glow.
