Publisher Note: Customer Service

Yesterday we opened up not only one way to stay in touch and build our community but three ways! With our continued growth it has become very inefficient managing issues via e-mail. We all have experienced it, and it’s called e-mail overload. Not a good way for us to try to stay ahead of the game.
Get Satisfaction - This new service, who was also the company who put on the conference I attended on Monday, appears to offer a lot. We have only begun to scratch the surface of what we can do there.
Google Groups - All of our publishers received an invite yesterday. If you didn’t receive your invite, please let me know. We decided to have this as our forum, and also with some people not wanting to try new ideas such as the above Get Satisfaction, we wanted to offer a comfortable and familar place that is sometimes called the “Google Warm and Fuzzy feeling“.
twitter - Do I need to really say much here? Not only are we on twitter now, but I have to say that our Lookery eyes icon is one of the coolest looking graphics I’ve seen on twitter in quite some time.
We hope that everyone will now take advantage of the above services. Of course if you feel the issue is too personally related to your site only, and feel that sharing with the community isn’t the best idea, you always can drop us a line. We haven’t turned off our e-mail or blocked you from contacting us, but we want to leverage the fantastic customer service tools available to build the Lookery community.
