Publisher Catalog updates for the better

Last night we updated our Publisher Catalog with something that our publishers started asking for early on. We received an e-mail that stated “Hey, our number of users is “x” amount and we are past “y” amount which is showing in the app catalog. Could you update that?”

That was a fantastic point! Unfortunately, you can probably imagine with our ever growing list of publishers, to keep each and every user count current would be a daily nightmare.

The beneficial part about working with Facebook app developers is that we interface with idea people. They are helping Lookery be the ad network they want to utilize. We hear their call daily in the form of feedback. We address every issue and take in every idea that comes our way.

The above issue was on the table for Lookery to solve. In steps Appaholic to the rescue! If you have not used their service, it shows a nice graph on number of users as well as other data. This information has been incorporated into each of our app publisher pages. We hope you like the new information.

The benefit is actually two-fold. On one hand for the publisher you can now utilize the app catalog page to leverage better ad buys, which benefit you. Ad buyers looking for that target specific ad to place no longer will be burdened with having to search out actual numbers. Visuals (graphs) and numbers tell the story on every app page in our app catalog.

There is another phase to this project. That phase is going to start right now. We are encouraging publishers who really want to maximize their potential to feel free to submit better descriptions, links to screen shots, etc. All we ask is that you keep this to 500 words or less.

We have provided you with the canvas. Now it’s time to paint your picture and tell your complete story.
